Looking for an internship or a co-op in the sports industry? Rawlings has a variety of internship and co-op opportunities available for students in all business-related majors. Rawlings wants to help students like you gain real work experience in a team sports atmosphere. Sure, the sports industry is fun, but we work hard at developing and marketing products that people can enjoy together, as a family, as friends, and as a team.

Limited internship and co-op positions may be available in Marketing, Sports Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Accounting/Finance, Information Technology, or other areas within Rawlings. Internships/Co-ops at Rawlings require working towards a Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Engineering, Business, Marketing, or Information Technology.

Most of our internships take place on-site at our global headquarters in St. Louis, MO during the summer months. The Engineering Co-op is on-site at the Tech Center in O’Fallon, MO from January-August, or May-December.
